The tea

Shou Puerh from Yunnan meets dried tangerine peel from Xinhui, Guangdong. Rich tea notes and bright citrus aromas come together in a gift box made for thoughtful gifting and quiet tea moments.

250g of Chenpi Shou Puerh in a gift box. Approximately 30 brewing sessions when using 8g per session.

How to brew it like Xia

• Use approximately 8g of tea with a small piece of peel in a 110ml gaiwan or teapot.
• Add freshly boiled water at 100°C.
• Rinse briefly for 5 seconds, then discard the rinse.
• Steep for 15 seconds to start, adding around 5 seconds to each subsequent infusion.
• Adjust the timing to taste and enjoy multiple infusions.
