Approximately 22 brewing sessions when using 8g per session.
How to brew it like Xia
- Use 8g of tea in a 110ml gaiwan.
- Add freshly boiled water at 100°C.
- Rinse for approximately 5 seconds, then discard the rinse.
- For the first four infusions, try 10, 10, 15 and 20 seconds.
- For subsequent infusions, gradually increase the steeping time by around 10 seconds, adjusting to taste.
Prefer a lighter cup? Shorten the infusion or use a little less tea. For a fuller brew, steep slightly longer.
